In case of cancellation, the following policies will be applied:
– 100% refund if the cancellation is more than 14 days during Low-Mid
Season or 21 days during High Season, prior to arrival.
– 50% refund if the cancellation is between 14 to 2 days during Low-Mid
Season, or 21 to 2 days during High Season, prior to arrival
– No refund in case the cancellation is 1 to 0 day prior to arrival
– If the total booking value is prepaid, it will not be possible to go through
any change without any charge imposed.
All the above cancellation policies may vary depending on the season.
